2-3 tablespoons ice cold water
For the filling:
3 x 100g Butlers 70% Dark Chocolate Bars, roughly chopped
100g Butlers Milk Chocolate Bar, roughly chopped
50g unsalted butter
325ml double cream
Pinch of sea salt flakes
